Construction Services in Surrey

"We had James and his team complete our garden transformation in June. This included re landscaping the garden, building bases for our shed and new hot tub and installation of a large, multilevel composite deck. From the start, with a comprehensive quote to finish, communication has been brilliant and they always left the space tidy and all a pleasure to be around. We gave James an AI generated image and he worked from that, the final outcome has exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend."

"Have used this company many times to carry out general building works, underpinning and extensions. Always reliable and to a high standard. A very well organised and transparent company, with superb communication. Would highly recommend to others."

"Amazing support from James and the team on a flat refurbishment. Given how difficult it is to find trustworthy builders, we found Jaylea through work of mouth and we have absolutely no regrets. Jaylea delivered the project on time and to budget and were flexible throughout. Would happily recommend!"

"I’ve used Jaylea Construction for multiple projects over the years and have always been impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, and reliability. The roofing work was completed in Clapham to a very high standard, and more recently Jaylea carried out a full house refurbishment in South London. I would recommend Jaylea for your project."

"Great company in Leatherhead. Did an extension for us and the work was amazing and done ahead of schedule highly red"

"Complete property refurbishment and structural work - completed on time and to a high standard. Can't speak highly enough of James and his team - great at providing additional advice and solving problems. Would not hesitate to recommend."

"Kitchen renovation completed by this company. James, the builder, was reliable, honest and professional. He arrived on time and put in a full day, each day. He took pride in his work and cleaned the work area when finished. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others or to use them again."
